Training Center : Golf Academy
The Power Plate® Golf Academy is specifically designed for the demands of PGA tour professionals, created by PGA professionals themselves, with the support of our Education and Training department. This program offers applicable tools for developing optimal programs for performance and injury prevention for golfers, both professional and amateur. In this course the coach, trainer or golfer will learn how to integrate Acceleration Training™ and ATP™ methodology, for improvements in mobility and flexibility, stability and balance, core stability, rotational strength and power and recovery and regeneration. These advanced tools will enhance play on the course, improve fitness and decrease risk of injury or expedite recovery from it.
